My wife, and partner, and I had been a member of a group like this for years and recently began offering this service to other leaders in what we call the Team Leader Café. You have really hit the nail on the head. <br /><br />I haven't read your book yet so you may already do this, but the addition we found helpful was using the ideas of thought leaders found at BK for starting our discussions each month. Susan interviews these authors on a podcast series called Bookends and I develop discussion guides. If folks don't have time to read the book they can listen to the interview to prepare for the discussion. <br /><br />Leaders are usually readers and today we need all the good ideas we can get.
